New Year’s Eve is almost here, and it’s a sign heralding the arrival of spring. I have been working almost constantly on my crafted items so I will be able to participate in the My Weekly Farmer’s Market, which is set to happen in April. I enjoyed myself during the last market; and as there were a lot of inquiries about how I set up at this weekly event, I decided to collate all the articles. I hope this will encourage you to take the plunge and run your own booth there.

Successful events usually start out their run from small beginnings. It’s always a good idea to start out with a simple, memorable event than a large festival that will be harder to organize, even though the organizer may have had something grander in mind. Likewise, the Powatami Festival was small when it started in 1971, but has since grown into one of the bigger Western Indiana festivals.

Enjoy the second annual Feast of the Hunter’s Moon and celebrate with us, as the event will be held from the 10th to the 11th of October 2009. The venue will be at the Historic Fort Ouiatenon Park near West Lafayette, Indiana.

Kentucky is a beautiful state that enjoys moderate temperatures. Kentuckians, for their part, love to party because of the mostly clear climate. And of course, they also get to participate in various festivals throughout the year.

Do you still remember how playing with your most favorite toys as a child feels? As a child, I was fond of playing with my Barbie dolls and Dress up Games dolls. It is really a bizarre feeling to be able to go back and reminisce the days that passed, when we were still kids and masters of our own worlds.
