Positive thinking is what brings inner peace, success, good health, felicity and healthy relationships. It gives meaning to life, creating an illusion of perfection, where everything seems bright, smooth and brilliant. Never before have people been keener in self growth than now. Everywhere you look, people are involved in some effort at self improvement.

Heres a little piece of philosophy that will probably make a lot of sense, especially if youre scientifically-minded. If you dont change a behavior, that behavior is going to continue bringing the same results. Its simple! Its true!

Is it really important that you know? When you watch the news and read the papers and you feel awful. Can any of that stuff be actually helpful to you? If you stopped reading the papers and watching the news, do you think that your life would go downhill? Are you even able to imagine doing such a thing? Is being ‘informed’ all it’s cracked up to be? The press would have you believe so, but more and more people are realising that their lives are not improved by the press, but rather diminished instead.
