So many of us have anxiety in our lives, and unfortunately it’s become a common occurrence with our busy schedules. However, for a few of us it’s even more important to learn how to manage stress and anxiety. Why? Because it gives rise to anxiety in all situations, as well as symptoms such as panic attacks, that can have a hugely negative affect on the way we live.
Panic attacks are periods of intense anxiety, fear, and physical discomfort which strike suddenly and often unexpectedly. Panic attacks are often very different from other anxiety related problems, due to their rapid onset and sometimes completely debilitating effects.
