It was he who added the word “pepper” to the name, since the spicy taste reminded him of the peppercorns he knew back in Europe. In the Americas, they are still referred to as chilies.

7 Sep 2010I have to admit it, I love Mexican food. Yeah, that puts me in a unique category with about 100 million other people around here, but it’s just good. And while I have a couple of little hole in the wall type places around the southwest (more west) that I just have to eat in every time I pass through, Salsarita’s is my go-to choice in Knoxville. What you may not know is that they should also be your first choice among Knoxville catering companies.
Do you like Mexican food? Then perhaps it may be a good suggestion to try and learn how to cook some great Mexican food all by yourself. Cooking them yourself gives you the option to prepare them according to your tastes, moreover, it also turns out to be more economical in comparison with eating at a restaurant not speak of the freshness factor which is definitely the USP of homemade food.
