14 Sep 2010Often, health care issues force us to make decisions that we hoped we would never be facing. This sort of situation is certainly true when difficulties associated with incontinence present themselves. Being incontinent makes that particular person have to think about bathroom facilities in a whole different way, and these new needs have to be addressed prior to going on even day trips, spending nights in new places, or even going shopping or for a day of sports activities. Now though, I have discovered something new; adult diapers and the universe of container gardening.

Alas, plant life will refuse to flourish if not placed in an area that is conducive to its temperament – regardless of subsequent cajoling and urging by the gardener. Acceptance of this basic ground rule is an indicator for promotion of the greenhorn gardener to the status of adequate. It has taken me many seasons to get here and even still, I seek to prune the rule. Recently though, I have discovered the world of container gardening and the marvel of adult diapers. Yup, adult diapers.

Getting enough sleep is one of the most important parts of healthy living that most adults, and many adolescents, often ignore. Even men and women who exercise regularly, do not smoke and avoid drinking excessive alcohol often only get a small amount of the sleep their bodies really need to thrive. Sleep is one luxury many mature adults, as well as young adults simply don’t spend enough time doing. It is estimated that nearly 65 million Americans suffer from some sort of sleep condition.
