If you’ve ever looked into making your own personalized shirts, you may have noticed that traditional methods like silk screening just aren’t suited to small orders. This can put a serious cramp in your creative options. If you are planning a family reunion, you might consider making a different design for each branch of the family. But if you just want a few custom shirts of each kind, minimum order sizes mean you either pay a lot for your shirts or end up with a bunch of extra shirts you don’t need. Then you have to add in setup charges, and in the end, it’s just not worth it for only a few shirts, no matter how good your idea is. Iron-on transfers are much less expensive, but if you want your shirt to last, they aren’t much of an alternative.
