24 Mar 2009While checking my email today, the first message I clicked on contained a forwarded article that was sent to me from someone on my mailing list — he lives in Peoria, Illinois. This gave me a little laugh, despite the fact that I have never set foot in the city. When I was in medical school, one of my teachers would jokingly say to one of my classmates, “Bob, how do you think that will go over in Peoria?” Or the similar yet more ominous refrain, “Bob, if you are not staying at the top of your game, don’t rule out having to build a practice in Peoria…”

They may be part of a behavior modification to lose weight just like a lower calorie intake, more exercise regiment that is necessary to lose weight. The weight loss pills help reinforce their diet plan by suppressing appetite, so those calorie intakes is lowered, but are any diet pills safe?

16 Feb 2009Isn’t amazing how all of the celebrities you see have a celebrity diet plan for weight loss to maintain their weight. Some of them are shapely and healthy looking, and look good on camera. Others look like they haven’t eaten in weeks, like they just got back from the famine in Ethiopia for a few weeks. Like they had been starving themselves to lose weight, and that is probably what they have been doing.
After pregnancy diets are a very popular subject for all new mothers. This is understandable whether or not you had a normal of cesarean birth as well as if you chose to breastfeed. More than likely you are concerned about your weight gain during pregnancy. You may even wonder what happened to your pre-pregnancy shape.
