These weight loss diets will leave the body weak also making the immune system even weaker, thus the radical approach is quite unhealthy. A better and healthier way to lose weight is to consider the calories which are needed by the person and creating a diet to meet these calories but also containing all the nutrients and minerals that the body needs.
