The little guy takes on fewer jobs, making less money. This means that they have to be more service oriented and more craft oriented to get the job. This also means that they will be more flexible to your needs. Maybe you want to provide the product, maybe you want a specific upgrades, or maybe there are restraints as to the hours they work – whatever your needs, the little guy is there to adjust to them and happily do so.
