As the population of this world is increasing so is the demand for good clean drinking water. Many people nowadays walk around with water bottles and a means of quenching their thirsts. Even in movies the famous Fiji Water bottle is always prominent is most actors hands. More important than trend is the health concerns that surrounds contaminated water. Now, instead of spending profusely on bottled water you can get pure clean water from your taps. All you have to do is attach a faucet filter to your tap. If you are quite happy with your water source but still want some sort of water filter in your house for drinking purposes then faucet filters may be an option. Other great affordable water filters and purifiers are countertop and under sink filters. These are excellent water filters basic for everyday usage. The only downside these filters is the rate at which you get water. Because water is being filtered upon delivery water pressure is slowed down a little bit. The only filter that can exert same amounts of water pressure is the whole house filter.

Portable filters are another great option that is designed for people on the go. Fitted with an inbuilt filter and purifier this is an excellent choice if you dont have the budget for a household filter. This is also great for out door sports, especially hiking, cycling and even camping trips. If this still isnt what you want then maybe a self build filter kit is what you need. Building your filter is as complicated as you may think, information on this is available on Google and even public libraries.

Whichever water filtration filter you choose, one thing remains certain; clean drinking water that is readily available is very important. It is for health and safety purposes and for the well being of everyone. The options are endless and are growing exponentially by the day no matter where one may live on this planet thanks to the ever advancing technologies.
