There’s nothing quite like the terror and physical strain that you go through when you get an anxiety attack. I hated them. You know how rough they can be on you and how much time it takes to recover from a bad one. However, it IS possible to get them out of your life.
Axniety is something that is not a disease or illness. It is not something that you inherit either. And lastly it’s not some kind of wierd chemial imbalance in your brain. It is in fact a condition that we caue by the way we think.
You can manage and control anxiety if you understand its underlying causes. This way you can reverse it. I know about anxiety and have dealt with it in my own life for many years. It can destroy any hope of happiness, but you can deal with it very effectively.
Because I know so much about overcoming anxiety, I also know that it is reversible if you know how to do it. There are a number of related kinds of anxiety – such as social anxiety, people anxiety, panic attack disorder, etc., that can all be handled if you know what to do.
The key is to learn what you need to so that you can get your life back and successfully conquer this problem once and for all. This way you can live a normal life. I used to have totally debilitating anxiety issues.
The most important thing you can do is understand what steps to take when things start going “south” for you in an anxiety causing situation. This will help you get back to what non-anxiety sufferers call “normalcy”. Getting to that level for me allowed me to stop crying at night because of how affected I was.
Just don’t fall prey to the quick fix stuff out there. These things like pills and powders and herbs. These things generally don’t work and usually just make you poorer in the process.
Unfortunately, too many people want to pop a pill, take some new wonder-herb or secret formula. Typically these don’t produce any results or long term relief. And people are left with the sense of hopelessness and despair. This is a common problem and struggle for people who have anxiety.
