Exercise For Love Handles – What’s A Good One?

Love (or hate) handles, what are they, and what exercise for love handles can you do that will show results?

Love handles appear at our waists, at each side like little handles. How cute…not! They are really muscles, called oblique’s.

Some people know them as middle age spread but that name conjures up a worse image than love handles!

Can you get rid of them with exercise? Yes but it won’t be easy. If you have them and only concentrate on getting rid of them, and nothing else, you may find yourself struggling.

If you do lots of exercise for love handles alone and no other parts of your body you will not get the result you desire. You have to go for an all round system.

An all round system doesn’t have to be tiny little meals and hours at the gym. With a decent system to educate you and then to hold your hand throughout you will achieve your weight goals without too much hard work.

I’m quite a lazy person myself and have got to the stage where I can keep in trim and do as little as possible in the exercise department.

If you know what to do and why you are doing it you make it so much easier for yourself than being in the dark, not knowing what to do and doing it wrong.

If you crave a burger and you know exactly what the result of that burger will be, it’s much easier to decide whether to eat it.

If it’s easier to make a decision on the burger, it’s easier to actually say no. I know this ’cause I could never say no at one time. Now I rarely say yes.

Having said that, there’s nothing like a decent sized burger loaded with extras. But the range of foods available to us that are as tasty and not harmful is immense. You just gotta know what they are.

One of my exercises for love handles is simple side bends. I stand upright with my arms raised high and bend from side to side. Simple as that.

I don’t do a great deal of them though as my all round system keeps me in a good enough shape to not worry too much about specific areas.

I only exercise a little bit and I get to eat decent sized portions. My system comes with a computer program to generate my whole diet, specifically for me.

I don’t stress over what I’m going to eat. Is it good, is it bad, is it too much, too little? Click a few buttons with my mouse and I’m good to go. Try it, you’ll love it.
