Although it does not make you really tall, but sitting up or standing up straight makes you look taller and benefits you with a degree of confidence and alertness. Though height exercises do not result to what the claims are saying, maintaining regular exercise is still beneficial to the body in keeping your bones healthy and in having a muscular and slim body which makes you look taller.
Moreover, in bold cases, surgery is an option to lengthen the bones. This medical procedure creates gaps within the bone for plates to be put on in order to re-grow. Obviously, this should not be done without utmost consideration since it is highly risky.
