If you ask any woman the most attractive body part on a man they are going to say the chest about 75% of the time.

All guys want the best looking and strongest chest they can get. You are able to make your chest look any way you want if you know what you’re doing.

You need to realize that the chest can handle a lot of weight. Some guys can bench 500 pounds! That is a lot of weight to lift.

Once you know that your chest can handle a beating you need to start giving it that beating. Doing push ups is a great way to start training your chest.

You have to start slowly, but that doesn’t mean you can’t progress quickly. You need to lift light to ensure proper form.

Feeling every rep is key to getting a good looking chest. You need to start very light so as to ensure great form.

You don’t have to bench 300 pounds to have a great looking chest. You should have an amazing looking chest long before you ever bench 250 pounds.
