Every mother in the world, wish you a very fruitful Mother’s Day on the coming Sunday! You love your children and thus you are loved! Enjoy your day!

For fathers, you must also enjoy the coming Mother’s Day with your most lovely wife and you beloved kids, they give you such a great family that you should love the most! How lucky you are!

There is one thing very tricky, why is Mother’s Day treated more seriously than Father’s Day, at least, generally? It seems that we will be anxious to get presents for Mother’s Day but less nervous to do that i Father’s Day. Isn’t it unfair to daddies?

In general, women love to celebrate festivals more than men, of course particularly for Mother’s Day which is for mothers! Men are relatively less sensitive and care less about the celebrate Father’s Day or not. Most fathers show less interest in celebrating Father’s Day than mothers towards Mother’s Day. You can try this out with your parents!

Some believe that is because usually mother accompanies us more than father, and thus we “love” mummy but “respect” daddy. Mothers are usually more caring than fathers. In many families, fathers are more serious and mothers are more lenient. So children tend to respect father and love mummy more!

For me, I believe the phenomenon exists as mothers have more roles to take than fathers. Generally, fathers take the role as a father, a husband, a son and an employee; mothers take the role as a mother, wife, a daughter, an employee and one more, a “maiden”!

Although I love my mum, sometimes I just can’t stop myself from asking my mum to do things for me. “Mummy, would you please get me a cup of drink?”, “Mummy, would you please iron my uniform for me?”, “Mummy, would you please….” I dare not to do this to dad…

So Mother’s Day seems more important than Father’s Day. But of course, daddy I love you too! So let us have a nice Mother’s Day together!
