This concept may seem irrelevant to many but there are few institutions who have managed to discover solutions to archive emails. They have developed a system that is user-friendly and systematic to use and will create less of a problem of losing vital information. This has been proven useful. And these institutions have sent as much propaganda to advertise these products.
